Scarring on a mans face is somewhat common. Whether it be from an accident or surgery. For some men scarring is very minuit but after an uneven lip line treatment, replica of the moustache follicles may be necessary. Some men suffer from hair loss patches throughout their beards, in which case replica beard follicles are placed through the area and can make a huge difference. Permanent makeup is a two part treatment. Your retouch appointment is included in the price of your initial treatment and must be taken 6 weeks (but no longer than 12 weeks) after your first treatment. This will usually be booked in for you immediately after your initial treatment. This is a perfecting appointment. Failure to attend your retouch appointment within the specified timeframe may affect your desired outcome and you will be charged the full cost of an Additional Retouch. Remember, the skin is a living, breathing canvas and therefore can be unpredictable. You may require another retouch which will be charged accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled within the 48 hours or for which clients are a "no show" will forfeit their booking fee. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time you will be considered a "no show" and will also forfeit the booking fee.
